Q: How does the licensing work with your products?

A: Both Cooking The Books and CTB Roster It, Cost it are licensed per database. This means that you can download the applications for free. You can also create a new database and use it unrestricted for 15 days. After those 15 days, you will need to license your database.

Q: How can I license my database?

A: Purchase a license online, or contact us to purchase a license. You will be given a serial number. What you need to do then is open your database on your computer and enter the supplied serial number. You will need to be connected to the Internet when you do this. Once you have done this, your database is licensed!

Q: What if I don't have access to the Internet?

A: Contact us and we will arrange an alternative method of licensing your database.

Q: Can I use the same serial number twice - i.e. for two different database?

A: No. You need to purchase a second license.
