Cooking the Books short courses have been designed based on real life examples which we have implemented into quality short course training for the hospitality industry, including Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs and Clubs.

We work with small groups allowing us to devote individual attention to participants and the opportunity for open topical discussion. Our courses are engaging, interactive and informative and each participant leaves with their own training manual and receives follow up support.
